This is to inform all the students admitted in Undergraduate (MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Nursing, BNS, BPT, B.Sc. MIT, B.Sc Lab Med.) Program for the academic session 2022 and willing to get health insurance package at Dhulikhel Hospital as per rule are informed to deposit Annual premium of NRs. 4000/- in the following Bank Account:

Please download the form from the link mentioned below and submit it in the Registration Department of Dhulikhel Hospital along with the Bank voucher and the copy of your student ID card by 20 November 2022, to activate health insurance scheme and receive hospital registration number.
This service should be renewed annually and if any student miss to get the provision by the mentioned time has to wait till next notice for the concerned academic session .
